Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience as an account manager serving $100k+ landscape maintenance accounts.
• Proven success in inside sales, telemarketing, or call center environments with outbound calling.
• Excellent communication and the ability to articulate complex technical concepts clearly.
• Strong negotiation, customer service, and ability to build long-term partnerships.
• Experience with CRM systems and sales automation technologies.
• Knowledge of warm calling and outbound outreach strategies.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.
• Irrigation Tech License required; licensed irrigator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with Property Managers, HOA Managers, Boards of Directors, and property owners.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and service requests.
• Address complaints and resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Conduct property visits and client meetings.
