Job summary

Catalent Pharma Solutions LLC is seeking a Corporate Recruiter - Contract to partner with HR and hiring managers on staffing strategies, manage requisitions end-to-end, and implement sourcing programs. This role offers remote work and a consultative approach to both active and passive candidates.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Human Resources, Business Management, or related field preferred.
• 3+ years of recruiting experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Proven ability to create and drive efficient candidate generation strategies beyond traditional recruitment methods, including strong passive recruitment, headhunting, and pipeline development.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with HR managers and hiring managers to determine staffing strategies, gather position requirements, review compensation, and ensure job descriptions and behavioral profiles are current.
• Monitor requisition progress from approval to closure.
• Develop and implement recruitment programs and strategies to ensure effectiveness, consistency, and compliance with strategic planning and branding.
• Source active candidates through online databases, job postings, contact lists, internal databases, and employee referrals.
• Proactively source passive candidates through networking, cold calling, advertisements, job fairs, and internet/social media searches.
• Evaluate motivators of candidates and influence decision‑making using a consultative recruitment approach.
