Job summary

Pharmaron is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to support Scientific Operations across the United States in a fully remote capacity. You will partner with commercial and operational leaders to attract and hire top talent for Business Development, Account Management, Client Engagement, Strategic Partnerships, and related functions, including scientific positions.

The ideal candidate brings 7+ years of recruitment experience in pharma/biotech/CRO/CDMO environments, with a proven track record

Qualifications

Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Executive searches for leadership roles and senior talent.
Sourcing passive candidates and building talent pipelines.
Advising hiring managers on market conditions and compensation trends.
Experience recruiting scientific/technical talent in life sciences environments.

Responsibilities

Lead full-cycle recruitment activities from intake through offer acceptance and onboarding.
Partner with leaders to understand hiring needs and develop TA strategies.
Recruit for preclinical, laboratory, and business-facing functions.
Conduct direct sourcing and headhunting for passive candidates.
Lead searches for leadership roles (Director, Senior Director, VP).
Develop talent pipelines and map the market for strategic hires.
