Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Significant recruiting experience in corporate, RPO, or agency settings.
• Familiarity with ATS and social media tools.
• Knowledge of HR principles and metrics related to talent acquisition.
• Pharma experience required.
• Workday experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to determine position specifications and market data.
• Collaborate to develop recruitment marketing and sourcing strategies.
• Evaluate candidates against requirements and build strong talent pipelines.
• Maintain engagement with candidates with timely updates.
• Partner with leaders to determine offer details using market data.
• Mentor Recruiters and other team members.
