Job summary

Horizontal Talent is seeking a contract Partner Management professional to guide consulting and systems integrator partners from first conversation through delivery readiness. This role emphasizes coaching, process building, and clear stakeholder communication in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage a 45-day ramp, track progress, and use AI-based playbooks to support a high partner load while collaborating across time zones in a remote setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partner management, preferably with consulting firms or SI partners.
• Experience coaching, advising, and influencing diverse stakeholders.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and accurate record-keeping in fast-paced settings.
• Strong written communication and ability to give constructive feedback.
• Comfort operating in high-velocity environments with shifting priorities and a large partner load.
• Daily use of AI tools and interest in improving processes and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Lead initial conversations with referred partners and decide ramp vs onboarding.
• Manage partners through a 45-day plan focused on certifications, deployment, and delivery readiness.
• Track progress, identify risks early, and recommend next steps.
• Maintain a pool of partners not yet ready for full coverage.
• Share updates, connect partners to resources, and monitor readiness signals.
• Introduce qualified partners to account teams and partner sales managers for co-selling.
• Use AI playbooks, trackers, and workflows to handle high volume.
