Job summary

AIRS Medical in the United States is seeking a Contract Lifecycle Manager to own the end-to-end lifecycle of high-volume commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments. You will serve as the primary intake contact, triaging edits to legal counsel and financial discrepancies, while maintaining meticulous CRM data.

Salesforce experience and cross‑functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Legal Studies, Finance, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in contract operations, legal operations, procurement, or deal desk.
• Experience with CRM systems, especially Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of NDAs, MSAs, Order Forms, and amendments.
• Serve as primary contact for contract intake and escalate edits to legal counsel.
• Maintain meticulous CRM data, ensuring expiration dates and renewals are accurate.
• Act as internal Salesforce administrator and drive process improvements.
• Build KPI dashboards and monthly/quarterly contract reporting.
