Job summary

Revolution Medicines, based in Redwood City, seeks an experienced Contracts Manager to partner enterprise-wide, drafting and negotiating NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements, while managing the full contract lifecycle across commercial, clinical, and research functions. You will ensure data integrity, compliance, and timely execution using approved playbooks and AI-enabled guidance, collaborating across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or related certification is a plus.
• 5+ years in contract management or legal operations in life-sciences.
• Proven ability to draft, review, negotiate, and execute NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, redline, and manage NDAs, SOWs, and vendor agreements to signature.
• Oversee end-to-end contract lifecycle across commercial and clinical functions.
• Collaborate with Commercial, R&D, IT, Finance, and Compliance to drive approvals.
• Maintain CLM data integrity, renewals, and execution status.
• Leverage playbooks and AI-enabled guidance while ensuring compliance.
• Lead cross-functional process-improvement initiatives.
• Stay current on contracting practices and responsible AI use in legal.
