Salesforce, Inc. is seeking a Contracts Manager to lead the end-to-end government contract lifecycle within the US Public Sector Legal team, focusing on federal engagements, SOWs, and complex agreements, while advising business leaders and managing regulatory risk.

You will collaborate with Legal, Deal Strategy, and Finance to ensure compliance with FAR and agency supplements, drive process improvements, and train internal teams on public sector procurement.

Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of government contracts experience in public sector or tech
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and contracting vehicles (GSA Schedules, NASA SEWP)
• Experience with SaaS and professional services contracts
• Strong financial and risk management capabilities

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring FAR/compliance with agency supplements and internal policies
• Oversee contract execution, invoicing, and close-outs; coordinate with AP/AR and WAWF
• Collaborate with Legal, Deal Strategy, and Finance to mitigate contractual/regulatory risks and drive scalable workflow improvements
