Qualifications

• 7–10+ years of government contracts experience in public sector or SaaS/professional services context.
• Deep knowledge of FAR, DFARS, and commercial item acquisition rules.
• Experience with SaaS/professional services contracting.
• Strong background in government financial workflows including pricing, invoicing, and WAWF administration.
• Familiarity with DoD/IC engagements and related compliance requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end lifecycle of government contracts, ensuring compliance with FAR and agency supplements.
• Oversee contract invoicing, payments, and administrative systems in collaboration with AP/AR.
• Advise stakeholders, manage contractual risk, and drive scalable legal processes across the org.
