Day & Ross is seeking a Contract Implementation Manager to lead the full lifecycle of new contracts in the United States, reporting to the VP of Operations. This full-time, remote role emphasizes launching contract frameworks, collaborating with customers and internal teams, and proactively resolving implementation challenges to enable seamless startup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with a general business focus and 10 years of related experience or training.
• Experience in transportation operations, dispatch, or supervisory roles.
• Proficient with Excel and Word; strong data-driven decision-making.
• Safety training experience is an asset and project management exposure is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end contract implementation and new contract launches.
• Audit ongoing agreements and ensure alignment with cost projections.
• Lead cross-functional teams including customers, operations, and brokers.
• Analyze customer operations to identify improvements and competitive solutions.
• Monitor service levels, program performance, and client reviews for improvements.
• Coordinate resource deployment and onboarding for brokers, drivers, and staff.
