Job summary

Day & Ross is seeking a Contract Implementation Manager to oversee the implementation of new contracts and auditing ongoing agreements across the United States. This role manages the full lifecycle of new business launches, reporting to the Vice President of Operations.

You will drive end-to-end contract implementations by collaborating with customers, leadership, and internal teams to proactively identify and resolve challenges, ensuring seamless startup and operational success.

Qualifications

• College degree with a general business focus plus ten years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Background in transportation including dispatch and supervisory roles.
• Safety training experience is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Project management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Launch contract frameworks by collaborating with customers, business leadership, and internal teams to identify and resolve implementation challenges.
• Analyze customer operations to identify opportunities for improvements using data analytics and workflow assessments.
• Evaluate service levels and develop enhancements for new and existing contracts; monitor program performance and review progress with clients.
• Ensure deployment of resources including brokers, drivers, staff, and admin support to facilitate successful contract launches.
• Lead the implementation process and ongoing operations with focus on continuous improvement; conduct periodic meetings with clients during program modifications.
• Supervise contract invoicing and reporting activities; conduct post-implementation audits to verify outcomes against costing projections.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and company locations to support implementation and maintain client relationships.
