Job summary

Connexure is seeking a Strategic Implementation Manager to own end-to-end client deployments, translate requirements into actionable plans, and manage SOWs and change orders. You will drive on-time delivery and ensure solutions meet client needs.

You will collaborate with sales, engineering, and customer success, deliver training, capture feedback, and support product discovery. Some travel within the United States is expected; remote work is permitted on an as-needed basis.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in implementation or PM roles in benefits industry.
• Hands-on experience with software product deployments.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Ability to translate client needs into scope and plans.
• Experience drafting SOWs and change orders.

Responsibilities

• Lead client implementations and ensure on-time delivery.
• Coordinate with sales, engineering, and CS teams.
• Deliver training and knowledge transfer.
• Draft SOWs and manage change orders.
• Maintain status reporting on deployments.
