Qualifications

• College degree with a general business focus and ten years related experience and/or training.
• Background in transportation including dispatch and supervisory roles.
• Safety training experience is an asset.
• Proficient in Excel and Word.
• Project management experience is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses of customer operations to identify competitive solutions using data analytics and workflow assessment.
• Evaluate service levels and develop enhancements for new and existing contracts; monitor performance.
• Ensure resources deployment including recruitment and onboarding of brokers, drivers, and staff for contract launches.
• Lead the implementation process and ongoing operations with a focus on continuous improvement; conduct client reviews.
• Supervise contract invoicing and reporting activities; conduct post‑implementation audits to verify costing projections.
• Travel up to 50% to customer sites and company locations to support implementation and maintain client relationships.
