Job summary

Builder Prime is hiring an Implementation Project Manager to lead customer onboarding and drive rapid value from our SaaS platform. You will guide deployments, configure templates and workflows, and deliver training to ensure customers achieve fast time-to-value.

You will work with Account Managers, Support, and Sales to manage milestones, resolve technical challenges, and optimize the onboarding process across the US remote landscape.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in onboarding, implementation, or training roles in SaaS or construction tech.
• Proven ability to translate product capabilities into business value.
• Track record of reducing implementation timelines and boosting satisfaction.
• Experience coordinating multi-stakeholder and multi-Integrations projects.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Guide new customers through implementation to achieve rapid time-to-value.
• Lead kickoff calls to understand goals, timelines, and success metrics.
• Configure the platform with templates, workflows, and settings.
• Deliver system training for post-implementation self-sufficiency.
• Track milestones and manage customer expectations throughout setup.
• Identify and solve technical challenges during implementation.
• Coordinate with Account Managers for smooth handoffs after go-live.
• Document workflows and configurations for support and reference.
• Contribute to cross-functional projects to improve onboarding.
