Remote is seeking a Lifecycle Specialist - Contracts Management to ensure compliant contract-related activities for external employees and clients while delivering a superior employee experience. You will report to the Manager of Contract Management, Lifecycle, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across multiple countries.

This full-time role emphasizes global employment law, documentation, and process improvements, with an emphasis on automation, data integrity, and privacy

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience with employee lifecycle events, legal compliance, and guidance on employment laws across jurisdictions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and conflict-management skills for difficult conversations.
• Business-level English; additional languages are a plus.
• Innovative mindset with a track record of process automation and best-practice adoption.
• Attention to documentation, data integrity, and handling confidential information with professionalism.
• Ability to collaborate asynchronously using modern tools and adapt to evolving systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced international team with flexible hours.
• Familiarity with Notion, Slack, Zendesk and G-suite for collaboration and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as custodian of employment terms; support on complex projects and legal changes.
• Draft and administer lifecycle documents for global HR across Remote’s network.
• Advise on employment legislation and provide guidance on interpretations.
