Augeo is seeking experienced Contract Event Account Coordinators to support client projects with attendee registration, communications, and logistics. This remote contractor role offers project-based assignments and occasional onsite travel as needed.

Responsibilities include managing registrations, drafting communications, maintaining databases, and coordinating materials and travel for events. Strong organization and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in corporate event coordination.
• Experience supporting attendee registration and reporting processes.
• Experience developing content for event registration websites and attendee communications.
• Experience providing attendee customer service and managing participant inquiries.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage attendee registration and customer service, including attendee inquiries via phone and email.
• Build, update, and maintain registration content and attendee communications.
• Maintain attendee databases and prepare reports with quality checks.
• Draft content for registration websites, event communications, and collateral.
• Coordinate materials, printing, packing, shipping, inventory, and onsite distribution.
• Support client communication and day-to-day project coordination activities.
• Record action items from meetings and follow-up tasks.
