Job summary

Augeo is seeking a Senior Account Coordinator to provide operational and client program support for a team of Account Managers. You will execute with accuracy, research, analyze data, and document issues while improving processes and the client experience.

The role requires coordinating deliverables, troubleshooting system-related questions, and partnering across Account Management, Customer Support, Operations, and Technology to resolve problems and drive efficiency.

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree preferred or 3+ years of relevant business, client support, or account coordination experience.
• Comfort with web-based technologies and the ability to learn new systems and platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong investigative, problem-solving, and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational tasks for one or more accounts, including deliverables, issues, documentation, and client communication.
• Serve as an initial escalation point for Customer Support on designated accounts; investigate issues and drive timely resolution.
• Manage multiple priorities and provide clear progress updates on risks, dependencies, and next steps.
• Attend client/program meetings to understand objectives and align on outcomes.
• Create and maintain accurate program documentation, standardizing processes for efficiency.
