This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution, requiring a strong background in experience design and a track record of delivering exceptional client experiences. Travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in client services or account management.
• Proven success leading complex client relationships and event portfolios.
• Ability to travel up to 25% for client meetings and event execution.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary strategic partner for assigned client accounts, from mid-level stakeholders to the C‑suite.
• Build long-term relationships rooted in trust, responsiveness, and results.
• Translate client goals into compelling event strategies and experiences.
• Identify opportunities for organic growth and lead strategic account reviews.
• Deliver persuasive presentations and recommendations that inspire client confidence.
• Oversee the planning and execution of corporate events of all sizes.
• Ensure alignment between client brand objectives and event execution.
• Review and approve event concepts, budgets, timelines, and logistics.
• Lead post-event evaluations to drive continuous improvement.
• Lead and mentor a team of 4-6 event professionals, fostering a culture of excellence.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and professional development.
• Manage team capacity and ensure high performance across projects.
