Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree strongly preferred.
• 3-5 years of Customer Service Related Experience Required.
• Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent customer service skills while acting in a professional and courteous manner at all times.
• Pharmaceutical experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Receives and answers customer inquiries including product orders, order status, pricing and services.
• Process transactions and support the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team and clients to meet service levels and complete orders.
• Coordinate with Finance for transactional information for monthly client billing.
• Act as point of contact for transactional functions and resolve escalated inquiries.
