Job summary

Oliver Healthcare Packaging is seeking a Customer Care Representative to provide customer service, project management, and account management support. The role ensures accurate order processing and realistic delivery dates while building long-term relationships with customers and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4-year degree in Business related field, or comparable experience.
• 2 years of related customer service, sales or account management experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service, project management, and account management support to internal and external customers.
• Play a critical role in the order management process ensuring timely processing of orders and delivery dates are confirmed.
• Develop long term relationships with assigned customers and key stakeholders.
• Liaise between customers and cross functional internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of orders.
