Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; active CPhT certification.
• Approximately 2 years of PBM support in clinical services.
• Experience with mail order and specialty pharmacy operations.
• Hands‑on with formulary or drug information databases and PBM platforms.
• Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for data and reports.

Responsibilities

• Synchronize Medispan drug lists in the management platform.
• Update PA criteria docs with formulary updates and client customizations.
• Investigate claim rejections related to drug list platform configuration.
• Publish coverage policies files and client drug lists under QA review.
• Establish QA checkpoints for PA updates and printing with pharmacist review.
• Prepare client‑facing materials and disruption analyses for reviews.
• Coordinate with pharmacists and internal teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy via technology and AI tools.
