Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of contingent workforce management or MSP experience.
• Experience with the full VMS lifecycle: requisition, contract, and invoice.
• Proven track record negotiating competitive commercial rates with suppliers.
• Fluent in English and Polish; strong stakeholder communication.

Responsibilities

• Serve as consultative partner for hiring managers, conducting intake sessions to understand requirements and timelines.
• Formulate and execute proactive talent acquisition strategies for high-volume contractor sourcing.
• Advise stakeholders on market trends, profiles, and rate cards using analytics.
• Lead supplier relationships, allocations, SLAs and cost-saving initiatives.
• Oversee end-to-end contingent recruitment lifecycle with VMS/HRIS platforms.
