Job summary

Zillow Group is seeking a Contingent Workforce Operations & Systems Analyst to support daily operations and drive improvements across the CW program. You will translate program needs into actionable updates in Beeline and Workday, ensuring scalable and compliant workflows across regions.

The role emphasizes system configuration, data integrity, and cross-functional collaboration with MSP, ESC, and Talent Tech to optimize the contingent lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

Qualifications

3+ years in operations, program support, or enablement roles; global or matrixed experience a plus.
Experience with systems that support business operations and translating workflows into execution.
Hands-on experience with a Vendor Management System (VMS) such as Beeline; familiarity with Workday workflows.

Responsibilities

Support day-to-day execution and continuous improvement of the Contingent Workforce Program.
Translate program needs into clear inputs for Beeline and Workday, ensuring scalable workflows.
Act as Tier 2/3 escalation for complex operational and system issues with MSP and ESC.
Monitor Beeline–Workday integration for data integrity and issue resolution.
Assist with intake, prioritization, and tracking of operational work using Jira; maintain audit-ready documentation.
