Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 3 years of customer service experience or equivalent.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Ability to meet or exceed performance competencies.

Responsibilities

• Prepares reports and correspondence to customers, other adjusters, and insureds.
• Evaluates inventories on replacement cost and actual cash value bases.
• Applies policy limitations and exclusions.
• Finalizes inventory for reporting with enclosures and notes.
• Facilitates use of replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Communicates professionally with colleagues, management, customers, and insureds.
• Follows regulations, policies, and instructions.
