Sedgwick is seeking a Telecommuter Contents Adjuster to evaluate residential and commercial inventories on a Replacement Cost and Actual Cash Value basis. The role involves finalizing reports, processing replacement receipts, and applying policy limits with attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have 1 year of customer service experience, a high school diploma or GED, and prefer a resident adjuster license. Position offers comprehensive benefits and remote work nationwide.

Qualifications

• Oral and written communication skills are required.
• PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
• Good comprehensive decision making skills is expected.
• Ability to read and comprehend policy language.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates residential and commercial contents inventories on a Replacement Cost and ACV basis.
• Finalizes inventory in reporting, including enclosures, letters, and detailed notes.
• Facilitates replacement services as requested by Contents Adjuster.
• Reviews and processes replacement receipts.
• Applies policy-based limitations/exclusions.
• Tracks time and logs daily field activity.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Supports the organization's quality programs.
