Solera is seeking a Contents Claims Coordinator – Virtual to support adjusters and claims pros in quantifying contents inside policies. The role emphasizes triage, ownership from triage to valuation, and collaboration across valuation and inventory services to right-size assignments.

Strong written and verbal communication, multitasking, and time management are essential as you handle live chat and hotline support with a focus on accuracy, SLAs, and customer satisfaction from a remote location

Responsibilities

• Triage and handle complex assignments to set up claims for success.
• Own files from Triage to Valuation services and adjust workload as needed.
• Move claims to Contents Valuation and respond professionally to customers.
• Collaborate across Valuation and Inventory Services teams.
• Understand requirements and offer solutions to right-size assignments.
• Adhere to service-level agreements and timelines.
• Work closely with Adjuster Owners on accounts.
• Assist with special projects and live/chat support as needed.
