Solera seeks a Contents Claims Coordinator – Virtual to triage, own and move complex claims through valuation processes. You’ll collaborate across teams, respond to customers, and ensure service levels are met while supporting special projects.

Qualifications

• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Triage and handle complex assignments to set up claims for success.
• Own files from triage to valuation; ensure right-sizing effort.
• Move claims to contents valuation and manage tasks to completion.
• Respond professionally to customers internally and externally.
• Collaborate with valuation and inventory services across units.
• Understand requirements for claim handling and offer right-sized solutions.
• Adhere to service levels and deadlines.
• Work with Adjuster Owners on accounts and support special projects.
• Provide customer service via Live Chat & Hotline.
