Solera is seeking a Project Manager for Comprehensive Claims/Virtual NJ, CT to oversee contents claims from inventory creation through the delivered valuation report. This role involves hands-on site work and coordinating with insureds and adjusters remotely.

You will travel up to 60% across the U.S., inspect items, document conditions, and coordinate with vendors for mitigation and restoration as needed while ensuring accuracy and timely communication.

Qualificações

• Experience in project management within insurance or high-end property industries.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lead multiple claims with attention to detail and organization.
• Willingness to travel up to 60% and work onsite as needed.
• Proficiency in MS Office and documenting processes.

Responsabilidades

• Travel to loss locations to create physical inventories of damaged contents.
• Coordinate with adjusters, insureds and contacts via email/phone.
• Coordinate scheduling, travel expenses, and updates using MS Teams.
• Oversee valuation process and identify high-value items.
• Track and log time/expenses for billing and utilization.
