Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). You will own global content strategies, translate complex science into clear messaging, and guide cross-functional teams across regions to support product adoption and commercial objectives.

Reporting to the Director, Global CGT Marketing & Strategy, you will oversee editorial calendars, engage internal experts and external partners, and ensure compliant, brand-aligned communications

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, downstream marketing, or related commercial communications.
• Ability to translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, biopharma, or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with regulatory, legal, and quality stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and customer needs.
• Translate complex scientific and product information into audience-appropriate materials across channels.
• Provide strategic direction to internal experts and external partners for credible communications.
• Lead global content plans, calendars, and approval workflows to support launches and campaigns.
• Define content quality standards and ensure accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance.
