Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies to shape global content and messaging across campaigns, conferences, and customer communications. You will translate complex science into clear, credible materials for diverse audiences and collaborate with Product Management, Regulatory, and Commercial teams.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific, technical, product, and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Develop content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and sales-enablement materials.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy, bioprocessing, or related markets preferred.
• Coordinate content review with stakeholders (Regulatory, Legal, Quality, Corporate Communications).
• Travel up to 15% as required.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction to internal SMEs and partners to deliver credible, differentiated communications.
• Govern editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows for launches and campaigns.
• Lead content for global/regional campaigns, conferences, and customer-engagement programs.
• Ensure messaging consistency, brand alignment, and compliance across teams and regions.
