Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). You will own global content strategies, translate complex scientific data into clear messaging, and lead campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement across regions.

The role partners with Product Management, Commercial, R&D, Regulatory, and Legal to ensure accurate, compliant, and differentiated communications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications, or related roles.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, credible content for diverse audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement materials.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content reviews with regulatory, legal, and quality stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex scientific and product information into audience-appropriate content across materials and channels.
• Provide strategic direction to internal and external teams, ensuring compliant, differentiated messaging.
• Establish content plans, calendars, and approval workflows to support launches and engagements.
• Lead cross-functional reviews with Regulatory, Legal, and Corporate Communications to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Measure content performance and drive improvements based on insights.
