Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager, Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies. You will lead global content strategies, translate complex science into clear messaging, and guide cross-functional teams across campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.

The role reports to the Director of Global CGT Marketing & Strategy. The position requires 8+ years in content or related marketing, with preferred knowledge of CGT.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or related communications.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear, audience-appropriate content.
• Experience with omnichannel campaigns, conferences, and sales-enablement materials.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or related markets preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Translate complex information into credible content for diverse audiences.
• Provide strategic direction to internal teams and external partners.
• Govern global content plans, calendars, and approval workflows.
• Lead cross-functional content reviews with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality.
