Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies to translate complex science into clear, credible messaging. You will lead global content strategies for campaigns, conferences and sales enablement, coordinating with Product Management, Marketing, R&D, Regulatory and Legal teams.

The role guides messaging frameworks, content priorities and compliance across CGT portfolios, driving adoption, customer education and commercial success.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific, technical, product and workflow information into clear, credible content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Develop content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications and digital channels.
• Coordinate content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and portfolio positioning.
• Translate complex information into audience-appropriate content across presentations, brochures and thought-leadership materials.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal SMEs, agency partners and external collaborators.
• Establish content plans, editorial calendars and approval workflows to support milestones, launches and campaigns.
• Lead cross-functional content review and ensure accuracy, brand alignment and compliance.
• Lead complex global content initiatives across technologies, regions and audiences.
• Measure content performance and iterate on priorities based on feedback.
