Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT) to spearhead global content strategies, messaging, and thought leadership while coordinating with Product Management, Commercial, and R&D teams.

You will translate complex scientific and workflow information into credible, market-relevant communications across campaigns, conferences, sales enablement, and customer materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, scientific communications.
• Ability to translate complex scientific information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Experience developing content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Knowledge of cell and gene therapy or related markets preferred.
• Experience coordinating content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
• Ability to travel up to 15%, including internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute global content strategies aligned with CGT business priorities, upstream marketing strategy, portfolio positioning, value propositions, and customer needs.
• Translate complex scientific, technical, workflow, and product information into clear, accurate content across presentations, brochures, case studies, thought-leadership materials, conference assets, training materials, and other communications.
• Provide strategic content direction to internal SMEs, agency partners, and external collaborators, integrating scientific expertise with commercial objectives.
• Establish and govern global content plans, editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Set content quality standards and ensure scientific accuracy, market relevance, accessibility, and brand alignment across audiences and regions.
• Lead content strategy and execution for complex global and regional campaigns, conferences, product initiatives, and customer-engagement programs.
• Define sales-enablement frameworks, presentations, technical materials, case studies, and customer-facing tools.
• Own messaging for priority industry events, including presentations and post-event communications.
• Establish feedback mechanisms with regional and field teams to improve content relevance and usability.
• Lead complex, concurrent global content initiatives spanning multiple technologies and regions.
• Influence stakeholders in a global matrix to align messaging and decisions.
• Establish content performance measures and evaluate effectiveness for future investments.
