Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC is seeking a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). The role leads global content strategy, translating complex science into clear messaging for priority audiences and supporting campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.

You will partner with Product, R&D, Regulatory, Legal, and Commercial teams to deliver differentiated, brand-aligned communications that drive adoption and commercial growth.

Qualifications

• Translate complex scientific, technical, and product information into clear content for technical and nontechnical audiences.
• Develop content for omnichannel campaigns, conferences, customer communications, and digital channels.
• Coordinate content review with Regulatory, Legal, Quality, and Corporate Communications stakeholders.
• Lead cross-functional initiatives with internal teams and external partners to ensure accuracy and alignment.

Responsibilities

• Own global content strategies aligned with CGT priorities and campaigns.
• Provide strategic direction to researchers, agency partners, and collaborators for credible communications.
• Develop sales-enablement materials, case studies, and thought-leadership assets.
• Establish content plans, calendars, and approval workflows across regions and launches.
• Guide content quality, ensure brand alignment, and maintain regulatory compliance.
