Job summary

Fresenius Kabi USA, LLC seeks a Manager of Marketing Content Strategy for Cell & Gene Therapy Technologies (CGT). You will own global content strategy, translating complex scientific information into credible messaging for priority audiences, guiding campaigns, conferences, and sales enablement.

You will collaborate with Product Management, Commercial, Marketing, R&D, and Regulatory teams to ensure content accuracy, brand alignment, and regulatory compliance across regions, while coaching

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Life Sciences, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in content marketing, product marketing, or scientific communications.
• Advanced degree preferred in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Own global content strategy for CGT portfolio, aligning with priorities and campaigns.
• Translate scientific/technical information into audience-ready content across materials.
• Lead cross-functional content review with Regulatory, Legal, and Quality stakeholders.
• Develop editorial calendars, asset priorities, and approval workflows.
• Provide content direction to internal experts and external partners.
