Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in nonprofits or mission-driven settings.
• Ability to keep complex projects on track and align across teams.
• Strong writing and editing skills for different program audiences.
• Comfort with fast-paced, evolving environments and multiple deadlines.
• Familiarity with Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, Slack or ability to learn quickly.
• Access to a computer and reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage program content trackers with deadlines and ownership.
• Edit and approve emails and texts in Chase messages.
• Prepare agendas and track content progress for team syncs.
• Organize content resources across Notion pages and systems.
• Manage program FAQs and keep the FAQ database up to date.
• Coordinate guidance and resources for the Organizing Copywriter and Visual Content Designer.
• Observe live events and gather feedback to improve content.
• Use Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack to collaborate and meet timelines.
• Take on additional responsibilities as program needs shift.
