Job summary

Relentless is seeking a Content Logistics Manager to coordinate content movement across our programs. You will support the Deputy Director of Programs, Content to manage timelines, reviews, and approvals for participant communications, event materials, and in-app copy in Rally that guides tens of thousands toward learning and turnout.

You are highly organized, collaborative, and adaptable, able to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while incorporating feedback quickly and ensuring

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of project management experience in organizing, advocacy, campaigns, nonprofits, or mission-driven settings.
• Strong writing and editing skills with ability to refine copy for different audiences and moments.
• Comfortable with fast-paced, evolving environments and juggling multiple projects on deadline.
• Experience with Notion, Canva, Google Workspace, and Slack or ability to learn quickly.

Responsibilities

• Co-manage program content trackers with the Deputy Director of Content, Programs, setting deadlines and ownership.
• Test, edit, and approve emails and texts participants receive at each step of the program.
• Prepare agendas, track progress, and align teams on content direction and messaging.
