Qualifications

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Clear and persuasive communication with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities.

• Experience using CRM tools to manage sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets to generate leads.
• Engage potential customers via advertising, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach to promote products.
• Assess customer needs and propose container options and accessories.
• Demonstrate features and value of products to customers.
• Negotiate to meet customer needs while achieving sales targets.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, sales reports, and activity logs.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service to ensure smooth orders and delivery.
• Stay informed on market trends to identify growth opportunities. Bilingual is a big plus but not required.
