Container One is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to drive growth in the Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets. You will identify prospects, nurture relationships, and close deals while leveraging CRM tools to manage pipeline.

The role emphasizes remote work with a strong emphasis on communication, negotiation, and customer-focused service to build long-term partnerships and meet quarterly targets.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities; customer-centric mindset.

• Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to manage activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers across Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets.
• Engage potential customers through ads, follow-up, networking, and online outreach.
• Understand customer needs and recommend container options and accessories.
• Present features, benefits and value of container products to customers.
• Utilize negotiation skills to meet targets while ensuring satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and CRM activity logs.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service for smooth orders.
• Keep informed about industry trends to find growth opportunities.
