Job summary

Container One is seeking a highly motivated Sales Representative to drive growth across Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets. This remote role will identify prospects, present container solutions, and manage opportunities through the full sales cycle using our CRM.

You will collaborate with logistics and customer service to ensure timely delivery, meet sales targets, and build lasting relationships. Compensation ranges from $75,000 to $125,000 per year plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and articulate value.
• Strong negotiation and closing abilities with a customer-centric approach.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Familiarity with CRM software to manage and track sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Identify and prospect new customers in Commercial, Residential, and Agriculture markets.
• Engage potential customers via social media, lead follow-up, networking, and online outreach.
• Understand customer needs and recommend container options and accessories.
• Present features, benefits, and value of container products to customers.
• Use negotiation skills to drive sales while maintaining satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate customer records, sales reports, and activity logs in the CRM.
• Collaborate with logistics, operations, and customer service for smooth orders and delivery.
• Stay informed on industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
