Job summary

Circana is seeking aDirector, Client Sales and Insights to analyze POS and consumer panel data, identify trends, opportunities, and risks. You will build compelling presentations translating complex data into strategic recommendations and actively engage in consultative selling to expand client relationships.

You will collaborate with Client Insights, Product, and Analytics teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success, while maintaining industry expertise and driving revenue

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or Master's preferred in business, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• 8-12+ years of relevant experience in insights, analytics, or category management with client-facing and leadership experience.
• Proficiency with Unify+ (Circana's platform)

Responsibilities

• Drive Client Growth: identify opportunities to expand client relationships by aligning Circana's data and software solutions with strategic goals.
• Deliver Insight-Led Solutions: translate data into actionable insights that help clients make informed decisions.
• Collaborate Cross-Functionally: partner with internal teams to deliver integrated solutions and ensure client success.
• Maintain Industry Expertise: stay current on retail/CPG trends to position Circana as a trusted advisor.
• Build Strategic Relationships: develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations.
• Utilize Sales Tools: leverage Circana's platforms (Unify+, Liquid Data, Intelligence Suite, Liquid AI) to support engagements.
• Achieve Revenue Targets: meet/exceed sales goals through pipeline management and planning.
• Champion Client Success: ensure client satisfaction and identify growth opportunities.
• Advanced Analytic Skills: deliver fact-based analyses focused on consumer solutions.
