Ladders is seeking a Construction SW Technical Specialist to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role will serve as a trusted technical resource for construction-focused software workflows, helping clients adopt and optimize digital project management processes.

You will lead product demonstrations, guide technical discovery, and support successful implementation across customer environments, partnering with end users and internal stakeholders to improve

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of construction industry experience, ideally in project management.
• Strong understanding of construction PM processes, including RFIs and document control.
• Experience with project management software similar to Autodesk Forma Build.
• Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is advantageous.
• Proven ability to train and support end users effectively.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for construction software workflows and related processes.
• Lead customer demonstrations and technical discovery sessions.
• Configure project settings and administrative standards for clients.
• Assist customers in deploying new projects on the platform.
• Design and optimize workflows for project documentation and reporting.
• Evaluate existing workflows and recommend best practices for improvement.
• Develop training materials and maintain implementation documentation.
