Job summary

At Ladders, we are seeking a Construction SW Development Specialist to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role supports evaluation, integration and implementation of construction technology solutions within a complex ecosystem of customers, partners and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years in construction technology or software integration, is comfortable with APIs and workflow automation, and can translate business needs into technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in construction technology, software integration, or technical consulting.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and technology ecosystems.
• Familiarity with platforms like Autodesk Forma, Procore, and SharePoint.
• Experience in conducting technical discovery and software demonstrations.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Knowledge of APIs, system integrations, and workflow automation.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a technical expert for the company’s construction software solution and its integration capabilities
• Partner with sales teams to identify customer requirements and evaluate solution fit
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations of construction technology solutions
• Guide customers through implementation and onboarding processes
• Evaluate workflows to identify integration and automation opportunities
• Advise on integrations involving various construction technology platforms
• Capture customer feedback and communicate needs to the development team

For our client, we are seeking a Construction SW Development Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This role will support the technical evaluation, integration, and implementation of construction technology solutions within a complex ecosystem of customers, partners, and internal sales teams. The specialist will serve as a trusted technical resource, helping translate business needs into workable software and workflow solutions. In this position, you will help shape customer experience from discovery through onboarding while identifying opportunities to improve automation and system connectivity.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,000 – $150,000 annually
