Ladders is seeking a Construction SW Technical Specialist to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role will serve as a trusted technical resource for construction-focused software workflows, helping clients adopt and optimize digital project management processes.

You will lead product demonstrations, guide technical discovery, and support successful implementation across customer environments, partnering with end users and internal stakeholders to improve

• 5–7 years of construction industry experience, ideally in project management.
• Strong understanding of construction PM processes, including RFIs and document control.
• Experience with project management software similar to Autodesk Forma Build.
• Familiarity with Procore or Bluebeam is advantageous.
• Proven ability to train and support end users effectively.

For our client, we are seeking a Construction SW Technical Specialist to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This role will serve as a trusted technical resource for construction-focused software workflows, helping clients adopt and optimize digital project management processes. You will lead product demonstrations, guide technical discovery, and support successful implementation across customer environments. The position partners closely with end users and internal stakeholders to improve documentation, reporting, and overall workflow efficiency.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $105,000 – $150,000 annually
