Job summary

Topcon Positioning Systems, Inc. is seeking a technically experienced Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join the Software Services team.

You’ll be the SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related construction tech integrations, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows. The role blends technical consulting, integration design, and sales support, with opportunities to influence product direction and service offerings.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration or related fields.
• Understanding of construction workflows and technology ecosystem.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box or similar apps.
• Knowledge of APIs, data exchange and workflow automation.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and integration capabilities.
• Demonstrate WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions to customers.
• Guide customers through implementation, onboarding, and adoption.
• Translate requirements into integration concepts and mappings.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams and partners to validate solutions.
• Develop training and best practices for sales, technical, and support teams.
