• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, or technical sales.
• Strong understanding of construction project workflows and the construction technology ecosystem.
• Experience with Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, or similar applications.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as a technical SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge, its integration capabilities and customer value.
• Partner with sales during the sales cycle to conduct technical discovery and assist with scoping.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
• Evaluate construction workflows and identify opportunities for system integration and workflow automation.
• Advise customers on integrations involving Autodesk Forma, Procore, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, HCSS and other platforms.
• Translate business requirements into integration concepts, data workflows, mappings, and technical recommendations.
• Provide technical support and escalation for WorkBridge customers.
• Collaborate with internal teams to validate solutions and address customer needs.
• Capture feedback and communicate gaps to the WorkBridge Development team.
• Participate in discussions on product priorities and upcoming releases.
• Develop training and technical documentation for internal teams.
• Identify opportunities for repeatable integration solutions and packaged services.
• Stay current on Autodesk APIs, WorkBridge capabilities, and industry trends.
