Ladders is seeking a Construction SW Cost Management Specialist to join a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space. This remote role focuses on helping construction customers improve financial workflows, cost-control practices, and implementation outcomes across complex projects.

You will partner with stakeholders to translate operational and financial needs into software configurations, training, and support, blending discovery with process optimization and standards development for

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional experience in construction, project management, or financial systems.
• Strong understanding of construction financial management and cost-control processes.
• Experience with cost-management software or similar platforms is preferred.
• Familiarity with Procore Financials or other cost-management platforms is desirable.
• Ability to translate complex financial workflows into practical software configurations.
• Experience training and supporting users and administrators.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a subject matter expert for cost management software and financial workflows.
• Lead customer discovery sessions and provide ongoing support and training.
• Evaluate and optimize existing cost-management processes for scalability.
• Configure project-level settings, templates, and standards for cost management.
• Assist customers in managing budgets, contracts, and financial reporting.
• Conduct workflow discovery with project stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain implementation standards and training materials.
