Trimble Construction One is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to drive digital transformation for enterprise clients across the US. You will partner with customers to discover needs, architect end-to-end workflows, and translate complex business challenges into scalable digital solutions.

As a trusted advisor, mentor, and product liaison, you will shape the vision of modern construction technology. This role requires leading strategic discovery, guiding implementations with Professional

Qualifications

5+ years of experience implementing and supporting Trimble Construction One (Spectrum ERP).
10+ years of professional consulting experience specifically within the construction industry.
Strong knowledge of construction business processes: GL, AP/AR, Payroll, Job Costing, Change Management, Billing.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic discovery engagements with enterprise clients to design tailored workflow architectures and establish long-term digital strategies.
Act as a primary technical liaison and mentor across Professional Services, Product, and Development teams to guide new product introductions.
Collaborate with executive partners and project management teams to refine delivery methodologies and internal consulting environments.
Resolve complex architectural escalations while driving continuous process improvements across client engagements.
