Topcon Solutions Store seeks a Construction Software Technical Integration Specialist to join our Software Services team. You will bridge construction technology, software integrations, and sales, helping customers connect systems and optimize data workflows.

As a SME for ProjectReady WorkBridge and Autodesk Forma, you’ll lead technical demonstrations, guide implementations, and collaborate with partners to deliver value and adoption across projects.

Qualifications

• Professional experience in construction technology, software integration, solution engineering, technical consulting, or related field.
• Familiarity with APIs, REST APIs, JSON, authentication methods, webhooks, scripting, or programming is highly desirable.
• Experience with platforms such as Autodesk Forma, Procore, HCSS, SharePoint, Egnyte, Box, or similar applications.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a technical subject matter expert for ProjectReady WorkBridge and related construction technology integrations.
• Partner with sales teams during the sales cycle to conduct technical discovery and assist with technical scoping.
• Deliver technical demonstrations and presentations of WorkBridge, Autodesk Forma, and related construction technology solutions.
• Guide customers through implementation, configuration, onboarding, and adoption.
• Translate customer requirements into integration concepts, data workflows, and technical recommendations.
• Provide technical support and escalation assistance for WorkBridge customers.
